We offer $10 standard flat rate shipping Australia wide. This is done using Auspost. We also offer Express shipping for swifter delivery which can be selected at checkout. Plain Onsite Work Folders ship in 1-2 days, custom orders, (orders with graphics) will take 2-3 days longer to ship. All orders ship out of Ballina NSW.

We suggest applying neatsfoot oil to the outside leather if your cover starts to dry out. Also use as silicon lubricant spray to insure zip longevity. This only needs to be applied if you feel your zip is sticking and is not as fluid as it should be.

Loving my new folder. Bought it to store my IPad and pricing booklets in. Also fits my business cards and stickers with room for a notepad. The folder itself is nice and thick and the logo on the front is super crisp and great quality. Highly recommend getting yourself one.
I ordered a folder from trade hub for my husbands business for his Christmas present this year.
I paid the full price for the personalised logo to be included.
The folder was delivered to me and upon opening the logo was off centre and not placed in the middle. (Please see photo attached) the zip is also non functional and gets caught easily.
Overall communication from trade hub was slow and I had to email them multiple times to organise replacements/refunds.
Eventually I was provided with a full refund and advised I could keep the folder. They told me that this was the “first complaint” they had received like this, which overall I found was unfair, as I feel that I wasn’t “complaining” I was simply asking for the logo to be placed in the middle.
Overall for the price of $270 I find the quality and workmanship very poor.
I do not recommend this company, even though they did provide a refund, it was a disappointing Christmas present for my partner and also having to chase them up multiple times for a resolution was frustrating!
I really dislike giving negative reviews to small business’s, however feel others should be made aware prior to spending lots of money on a folder of poor quality.

Honestly it is beautiful, looks amazing. I love it my only suggestion would be to add a sketch book or journal plus pens / pencils to it. Other than that it’s perfect.
